TELEVISITS

In order to best support our patients and their families during the COVID pandemic, we are offering televisits. Televisits are virtual visits that are completed via video call.

 

Before you start a televisit, make sure that you have a good internet connection, that your camera and microphone work, and that you have a quiet space to complete the televisit. Before the visit starts, you may need to fill out a questionnaire, depending on what your visit is about. It would be helpful if you could fill out vital signs such as height, weight, heart rate, and temperature. Our practice code, which you will need to enter into the Healow app, is "BFHAAA".

We complete televisits through the Healow app, which is HIPAA-compliant, safe, and secure. You can download the app via the App Store on an iPhone, or via Google Play on an Android. Instructions for how to start a televisit through the Healow app are available here:
